We have been working with our corporate clients for over 15 years and are privileged to have collaborated with organisations committed to investing in the health and welfare of their employees. We have observed working practices change significantly over the years. Organisations are under increasing pressure to support and manage the health and wellbeing of their staff by investing in employee health and wellbeing to create a culture of support, understanding and leadership that ensures all employees are supported and given the assistance they need if they are struggling. In light of compliance with the disabilities’ requirements of the Equality Act (2010) and increasing awareness of employee mental health and burn out, organisations have come to appreciate the importance of investing in wellbeing services.

It is our philosophy that committed employers who have the interests of their workforce at heart are afforded medical educational services in the areas of wellbeing and mindfulness delivered by medical education professionals trained to high standards. Based on this philosophy, Corporate MedEd have devised a well-structured and broad-based series of wellbeing seminars that have received excellent feedback from the numerous organisations that have utilised our service.

We are now exploring a dynamic way for organisations to access our online portal for a variety of support services for their employees. These include signposting for mental health services; multiple brochures covering topics on wellbeing; advice on stress management; self-assessment toolkits for depression, anxiety, and alcohol consumption awareness; advice and guidance on exercise and nutrition; optimisation for mindfulness; and strategies to manage stress. By using our portal service, organisations will enable their employees to access various wellbeing services that Corporate MedEd will maintain and update to ensure that organisations and their employees will benefit from the latest information, techniques and advice. The service will be anonymous allowing employees to feel safe as they utilise it.

Employee education underpins our service, the overarching emphasis of which is to provide healthcare support and guidance for our corporate community.
